HANDS ACROSS LONG ISLAND (HALI) has been effectively helping psychiatric survivors empower themselves to lead more productive lives through numerous programs that promote independent living, provide peer support, advocacy, socialization, education, vocational opportunities and address the spiritual and emotional growth of their participants. HALI facilitates over 30 self-help groups throughout Suffolk County providing programs in:
