Health and Wellness Program

HALI offers a FREE, 12-week, individualized wellness & nutrition program that is designed to teach individuals how to form and maintain healthy eating habits. We teach our people how to eat healthy on a fixed income and/or with limited resources. Our program destroys the myth that it’s too expensive to eat healthy and obtain wellness.
