HALI is excited to be awarded a NYS Supported Housing Program (NYSSHP) grant from the NYS Office of Temporary Disability Assistance (OTDA).  This grant will allow HALI to assist residents in remaining stably housed so they do not enter or re-enter the homeless services system.
