The NYS Office of Mental Health has awarded HALI a grant to deliver INSET (Intensive and Sustained Engagement Team) services. As one of only four organizations statewide offering this peer-driven innovative model, HALI will engage individuals who require more than traditional mental health services, ensuring they receive comprehensive and compassionate support.
