Liz Perry, MA, CASAC, WIP-C

Liz Perry brings more than two decades of experience in behavioral health, housing, and recovery-focused programming to her role as Chief Program Officer at HALI. She uses this expertise and experience to unify program operations, elevate service quality, and create collaborative, strengths-based systems that empower individuals and foster long-term recovery.

Liz’s career spans both the nonprofit and private sectors, where she has developed and scaled programs serving families, youth, justice-involved individuals, and people experiencing homelessness. A credentialed Master CASAC and Work Incentive Practitioner (WIP-C), Liz is known for blending clinical insight with human-centered program design.

Prior to HALI, Liz served in a variety of senior leadership roles, focusing on staff development, strategic grant writing, and building trauma-informed systems of care. She is passionate about mentoring future professionals and was recognized with the “Buddy of the Year” award from the Diversity Professional Leadership Network (DPLN) at Stony Brook University, where she provided one-on-one mentorship to students entering the healthcare field.

Liz lives in Suffolk County with her family and their Spanish greyhound. She enjoys hiking, camping, and volunteering with a local greyhound rescue. Active in her church community, Liz finds joy in helping people rediscover their confidence and build meaningful, connected lives.
