Kethsia Olivier, SHRM-CP

Kethsia Olivier is an innovative human resources professional with over a decade of experience designing equitable, people-centered systems in community-based organizations. As HALI’s Senior Director of Human Resources, she provides trauma-informed leadership with a strong focus on equity, compliance, and organizational well-being.

Kethsia has driven efforts to modernize HR operations and reinforce HALI’s culture of employee voice, value, and belonging. Kethsia has guided initiatives that promote inclusive hiring, regulatory excellence, and long-term employee retention. She works across teams to foster transparency, growth, and accountability.

Kethsia holds the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) credential and is currently completing an Executive M.S. in Human Resource Management at CUNY Baruch (expected December 2025). Her career reflects a consistent focus on aligning HR strategy with mission, vision, and values.

Outside of work, Kethsia enjoys spending time with her niece, nephew, and her “furphew” Willow. A passionate traveler — recently exploring Bangkok and Singapore — and loves documentaries, cozy NYC spots, and anything that keeps her curious, grounded, and connected.
